This program will provide respite care in the form of paid companion care to eligible care partners of people with Parkinson's Disease.

Caring for Caregivers Event
Quarterly, we invite Caregivers with a loved one with a Parkinson's Diagnosis to join us at Wellness 360 for an evening of appreciation. This is not a support group. These are events where your loved ones are cared for and you can spend an evening enjoying good food, entertainment, and good friends!

These events are always FREE for all caregivers.
❤️Needing a place for your loved one? Bring them along for supervised fun from the staff and volunteers at Wellness 360! Your loved one will be in the same building but in a different area. We will provide pizza, dessert, and water for your loved ones. There is a pool table, ping pong, TV, and comfortable seating for everyone’s needs. There is a small cost of $10 if you choose to bring your loved ones.

This will be open to all caregivers whether or not you are part of Wellness 360. Feel free to invite a friend who may be in need! Unable to leave your spouse or loved one alone? No problem! Bring him/her along where they will be able to socialize in the large game room, complete with a TV, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, and large comfortable chairs. Caregivers will meet in a separate room across the hall from the game room where we can enjoy a cup of coffee while sharing our experiences.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, Wellness 360 does accept most insurance plans.
Wellness 360 does an initial verification of your insurance benefits as a courtesy to you, however it is your responsibility to monitor your benefits and provide accurate and up to date insurance information.
Do I need a script from my Medical Doctor?
No, in most cases, you do not need a script from your doctor to set up your initial evaluation for PT. In NY, you are allowed ten visits or up to 1 month of PT visits without a script. This is called Direct Access. We will be in direct communication with your doctor about your treatments. In some cases, you will need a script. Please call 585-482-5060 to find out if you can participate in Direct Access.
