Beginner and Intermediate Physical Therapy Fitness Classes in Rochester

360 Fitness

This class focuses on circuit-style training with an emphasis on building total-body functional strength. This class is great for the Osteoporosis diagnoses and focuses on strength, improving posture, and balance. This class is open to anyone and requires a baseline evaluation before participation.
  • Intermediate is for our more advanced participants. Modifications can be made.
  • Level 3/4 is a similar workout to the higher level class, with more time to transition between exercises. Greater fall precautions are taken at this level to maximize safety.
As part of your comprehensive treatment plan, your Wellness 360 Fitness physical therapist may recommend you attend a group fitness class led by a physical therapist.
Group fitness classes run by a physical therapist offer numerous benefits.
  • Firstly, they ensure your exercises are performed correctly and safely, reducing the risk of injury.
  • The physical therapist tailors exercises to your needs and limitations, providing personalized guidance.
