How much does it cost?
- Personal Training session: *$35 (30 min), *$60 (60 min session)One-on-one workout with goal consultation and planning time afterwards.
*Discounted prices for 2 or 3 sessions a week - Small Group Training Session: (please call for discounted prices) Exercise with 2-4 people. 45-minute workout with goal consultation, followed by gym buddy planning time.
