It sounds complicated but our expert Physical Therapy instructors make it safe and fun. This class is ideal for those that want to prevent falls. If you are experiencing frequent falls we suggest a course of one on one physical therapy before enrolling in our program. With regular practice, you can expect to feel more agile, and more sure of yourself in all of life's situations.
