What It’s Like to Work at Wellness 360 Physical Therapy & Massage?

At Wellness 360 Physical Therapy & Massage, we believe in more than just providing therapy—we believe in creating a culture of care, support, and growth for both our team and our patients. If you’re a physical therapist (PT), physical therapist assistant (PTA), or a licensed/certified lymphedema therapist (CLT), here’s a closer look at what it’s like to be part of our warm, inclusive clinic.

A Warm and Inclusive Culture

From your first day, you’ll feel the difference at Wellness 360 Physical Therapy & Massage. We pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming, team-centered environment where every voice matters. Our culture is rooted in inclusivity, collaboration, and compassion—qualities that not only make our workplace special but also enhance the care we provide to our patients.

Specialties That Make a Difference

At Wellness 360 Physical Therapy & Massage, we’re proud to offer a truly collaborative and specialized approach to care. Our neuro team supports patients living with conditions such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and post-stroke recovery, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence. Our orthopedic team treats a wide range of spine and joint conditions, including scoliosis, osteoporosis, hand injuries, and everything from ankle sprains to shoulder surgeries.

Wellness 360 Physical Therapy & Massage is also dedicated to helping patients through post-mastectomy and breast cancer treatment, venous insufficiency, primary lymphedema care, and pelvic floor health. Our team includes PTs and PTAs with specialized training in lymphedema management, breast care rehab, and pelvic health. Whether you already hold CLT credentials, pelvic health training, or have a strong interest in pursuing these specialties, we support and encourage your professional growth in these high-impact areas.

Beyond that, we offer specialized care for hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), ensuring patients receive the targeted support they need for these unique conditions. Our performing arts team also understands the demands placed on dancers, musicians, and other artists, providing expert care through hand therapy and performance-focused rehabilitation.

What a gift it is to offer this level of care to our community — and what a gift it is for our staff, who thrive in an environment of learning, collaboration, and support.

Professional Growth and Autonomy

We know how important it is for therapists to have both autonomy in practice and opportunities for continued learning. That’s why we provide:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible schedules to support work-life balance
  • Continuing education opportunities to develop a broader skill set
  • A clinic culture that empowers you to practice with independence and creativity

Collaboration With Purpose

Our team thrives on collaboration—sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and working toward a common goal: helping patients live their fullest, healthiest lives. As a PT or PTA at Wellness 360, you’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are as passionate about patient care as you are. See what our very own, Taylor Wood, PT, DPT has to say
