The Mindful Movement class is specifically designed for children and teens, focusing on yoga-based postures, breathwork, and mindful movements. It's tailored to support those with scoliosis and other structural differences, helping them build strength, stability, and body-mind awareness. Regular exercise, especially through yoga, has been shown to improve posture, increase flexibility, and reduce discomfort associated with scoliosis by strengthening the muscles that support the spine. This class not only promotes physical health but also fosters confidence and overall well-being during these critical years of growth and development.

This class does require an initial evaluation.  You can call our University Ave office to schedule your evaluation at 585-482-5060.
