“ My husband was diagnosed of Parkinsons disease 2 years ago, when he was 49. He had a stooped posture, tremors, right arm does not move and also a pulsating feeling in his body. He was placed on Senemet for 8 months and then Sifrol was introduced and replaced the Senemet, during this time span he was also diagnosed with dementia. He started having hallucinations, lost touch with reality. After a knee injury, I met with Nicole. Her unique approach quickly dialed in my knee issues. She made therapy easy to understand and enabled me to correct old habits that aggravated the knee muscles.
What can I say, Beth is a superhuman!
Her group classes were the perfect fit for me! It's amazing how she keeps it so fun, while focusing on new ways for each of us to improve our strength, balance and endurance.
I recently returned from a trip to Italy and Greece. During my 17-day adventure, I was able to walk pain-free for nearly 80 miles!
Had it not been for their dedication and commitment my fitness goals, my time abroad would have been much different.

I also occasionally take a yoga class and a fitness class. All these classes are the highlight of my day. The instructors are skilled and provide a supportive atmosphere.
