About Daphne Morrissey

Daphne Morrissey is a nationally certified nutritionist, personal trainer, mindfulness coach, and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) yoga instructor. She is the founder of Onebody Fitness and Nutrition, where she guides clients toward more balanced, sustainable health, starting with movement and food.

In support of their goals, health concerns, and long-term well-being, she blends science-backed strategies with individualized coaching to create sustainable, personalized plans.

At the heart of Daphne’s approach is the belief that nourishment is about more than just food, it’s about rhythm, presence, and daily choices that support whole-person wellness. Her programs integrate nutrition coaching with mindful movement, breathwork, and strength training to help clients feel stronger, calmer, and more connected in their bodies.

Through one-on-one virtual sessions and self-guided offerings, Daphne creates a space for clients to return to themselves, one meal, one breath, one movement at a time.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, Wellness 360 does accept most insurance plans.
Wellness 360 does an initial verification of your insurance benefits as a courtesy to you, however it is your responsibility to monitor your benefits and provide accurate and up to date insurance information.




Do I need a script from my Medical Doctor?

No, in most cases, you do not need a script from your doctor to set up your initial evaluation for PT. In NY, you are allowed ten visits or up to 1 month of PT visits without a script. This is called Direct Access. We will be in direct communication with your doctor about your treatments. In some cases, you will need a script. Please call 585-482-5060 to find out if you can participate in Direct Access.
