Types of Training​

Training can include, but is not limited to:
*Pointe Readiness Evaluations: Get an evidence-based pre-pointe evaluation and assessment to identify your readiness for pointe work, strengths, and areas in which to improve. Evaluation will include a letter to your instructor outlining findings and exercise suggestions to optimize your readiness.
*Pointe Readiness Evaluations must be booked for 1 hour
Ballet Technique Training: Learn or improve turnout, alignment, and general ballet technique with specialized training designed for each individual dancer’s need or ability.
Pre-pointe and Pointe Training: Individual-specific strengthening and technique training to prepare for pointe work or optimize your current pointe training.
Dance Specific Conditioning: Prevent Injury and Improve your Strength, Mobility and Flexibility for improved technique and performance.
Performance Training: Bring your current Choreography, and let us help you fine tune your movements, transitions, and presentation quality for competition and performance.
Custom Choreography in contemporary, lyrical, modern and ballet styles is also available for competition, audition etc. Please contact Sarah Jane by email for more information regarding availability and pricing.

Privates:
30 min - $40
1 hour - $75
Semi Privates:
*must be booked for 1 hour
For 2 individuals $45 each
For 3 individuals $35 each
(Pointe Readiness Evaluations must be booked for 1 hour)
