Our PTs are exceptionally qualified to assist you in strength and conditioning training while taking into account chronic conditions and prior injury.  Sarah Jane is a long-time dancer and weight trainer specializing in working with dancers, musicians, those with hypermobility disorders, and anyone with chronic injury or illness. Individualized personal training can help you achieve your exercise, performance, and functional goals while staying safe and injury-free.

Meet the Therapist

Sarah Jane Carlton, PT, DPT

Sarah Jane received her DPT in Physical therapy from Boston University, as well as a BA in Interdisciplinary Dance Studies from Humboldt State University and an MFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.  Sarah Jane has come to physical therapy after many years as a dancer, figure skater, musician, choreographer, and teacher. She has performed with such groups as Astrum Dance Theater, Fusion Jazz Company, Humboldt Light Opera Company, UH Dance Ensemble, and the Broadway Touring Cast of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.  Sarah Jane is excited to continue her career helping dancers, figure skaters, musicians, and all individuals stay healthy and active.
