Our Prehab class is designed specifically for those who struggle with joint pain. We can improve your joint strength and re-balance your muscles to decrease your overall pain and improve your quality of life.
This class is ideal for:

Clients who have finished physical therapy and want a safe, non-painful fitness routine.
Each session includes:

Low impact cardio to get those joints moving and lubricated.

Strength to stabilize your hips and knees.

Flexibility/mobility to get you back to doing the things you love!
Online Subscription
We take all the elements of our in-studio classes and program them into twelve 60 minute sessions per month. All you have to do is commit to 3 x week, the plan is created for you!
As a Bonus with the online subscription, you have access to our Mindfulness program which will allow you to delve deeper into meditations and mind/body practices to improve your stress levels
