Beth has over 15 years in the health and wellness field. Beyond her qualifications listed above, she is LSVT Big certified, Parkinson's Cycle certified, AAAI/ISMA certified in mat Pilates, Kickboxing, personal trainer, & Kid's and Teen fitness. She has had special training in myofascial release, yoga, and mindfulness for rehabilitation. You will find Beth teaching the Parkinson's Wellness program and Osteoporosis Wellness Program, Beth specializes in the Mind-body programs including chair yoga and meditation.
Beth loves yoga/meditation her bicycle, kayaking, hiking, and anything that brings her outside in nature.
Lindsay is the Lead Trainer of the Parkinson's classes. She is a Physical Therapist that specializes in neurorehabilitation. Lindsay has provided the Parkinson's community with a multitude of classes to improve the symptoms of PD. Lindsay runs the Rock Steady program and teaches Balance and agility classes. Lindsay is Rocksteady, LSVT big, and PWR Certified.

Rachel Burger, PT, DPT
Rachel is a physical therapist with experience in multiple fields over the years, working in settings including outpatient, nursing homes, hospital care, and home care. Rachel has a passion for working with patients with generalized balance deficits to multiple degrees including patients with Parkinson's'. Rachel is LSVT certified as well as AIB-VR/CON certified which includes working with patients with vestibular symptoms and post-concussion with plans to become PWR certified. You will find Rachel teaching boxing classes, treating in the clinic, and offering home care outpatient-based services.
Rachel loves spending time with family and her dog Bella, enjoying the outdoors and staying active.
Rock Steady Boxing Assistant
Jacqueline is an assistant boxing trainer at Wellness 360 and a private boxing trainer in Webster NY. She has been boxing for 5 years, with experience in training various skill levels and age groups. She has a 2nd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do with a background in Mixed Martial Arts. Jacqueline is a high honor student at Monroe Community College working on getting her Personal Training certification and will be transferring to GCC to be a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Jacqueline enjoys competitively boxing, spending time outside with her German Shepherd, and working out with friends.
