Beth Parry
Co-Owner, PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant),
LMT, (Licensed Massage Therapist), Life Wellness Coach
Beth has over 15 years in the health and wellness field. With Beth’s vast knowledge, she specializes specifically in myofascial release, yoga, and mindfulness for rehabilitation. Beth has successfully started up a caregiver program for our community which meets monthly to provide support. This program allows caregivers to meet and chat while our Physical Therapy staff provides care for their spouses. Beth has also provided a support system for these caregivers, being a constant resource for them for all of their specific needs. Beth is passionate about mind-body programs, which has allowed her to start up a chair yoga and meditation program typically run through local recreation centers. Beth loves anything that involves using her hands, allowing her to be a successful massage therapist as well as use her knowledge to assist our physical therapy clients as well. Beth has many certifications, including LSVT Big, Parkinson's Cycle, Rock Steady Boxing, AAAI/ISMA in mat Pilates, Kickboxing, a personal trainer, & Kid's and Teen fitness.
Beth loves yoga/meditation, her bicycle, kayaking, hiking, and anything that brings her outside in nature.

Lindsay Perez
Co-Owner, MSPT Phyical Therapist
Lindsay is a Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in neurorehabilitation. Six years ago, Lindsay created the Parkinson’s Wellness Program that began with Physical Therapy and eventually grew to include Parkinson’s Disease specific group exercise classes. Lindsay is currently our lead trainer of our Rock Steady Boxing classes and 360 Beginner classes. She also treats patients in-clinic and in their homes. Lindsay’s Parkinson’s specific certifications include LSVT BIG, Rock Steady Boxing and Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR).
Lindsay loves bike riding, hiking, and anything involving being outside in nature! She spends her free time with her 2 children, husband and dog.



Nicole Lanzafame
Physical Therapist
Nicole is a physical therapist with experience in geriatrics and neurological disorders, as well as general orthopedic conditions, both in the outpatient and skilled nursing settings. Nicole has worked mostly with the geriatric population in her career. She also teaches dance at a local studio and enjoys treating dancers in addition to the neurologic and geriatric populations. Nicole is certified in PWR and Rock Steady Boxing, and also participates in continuing education through NeuroCollaborative’s NeuroSpark program.
Nicole loves dancing, singing, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Sammy.


Tara Moore,
Physical Therapist
Tara is a physical therapist with experience working in a variety of settings, including neurological disorders, geriatrics, orthopedics, and pelvic health. Tara has a passion for working with people diagnosed with neurological conditions, including stroke and Parkinson’s Disease. Tara is certified in PWR and Rock Steady Boxing. Tara loves being active, traveling, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.

Shauni Ruetz, LMT
Shauni graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. She is also a Recording Artist signed with Baseline HQ management company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theater with a Dance Minor from the University of Northern Colorado. Before coming back to her roots, she lived in NYC, where she recorded in the studio for new musical theater original cast albums, was a part of new musicals from the ground up, and performed in many vocal competitions, as well as producing her own debut show for her single, "Brave Girl". She is on Spotify and feels so lucky to be able to live out both of her passions at once.
Shauni specializes in deep tissue massage and focuses on treatment-based massage with a Swedish foundation. With Shauni’s background in music, theater, and dance, she has a unique connection with musculature and movement. All things healing have been a part of Shauni’s life for decades, whether it be performance or physical touch.
Shauni is passionate about wellness, music, performing, art, and living a healthy, positive lifestyle. Connecting with clients and creating a safe space to explore optimum wellness on a case-by-case basis is what she strives for. Shauni is so excited to join the Wellness 360 team and can’t wait to learn, as well as bring her creativity into such a wonderful space.



Kristen Trottier
Physical Therapist
Kristen is a Physical Therapist specializing in helping clients regain their independence and meet their goals in their homes. Over her 30 years of PT experience, she has worked in outpatient clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, a head injury rehabilitation hospital, and 25 years in Home PT services. Her positions have given her a broad knowledge base for all diagnoses, but her true joy is working with people with neurological disorders.
When she is not working, she loves to ski, hike, camp, bird watch, run, walk, travel, and pretty much do any activity with her friends, family, and her handicapped dog Ginger.

Kelli Beebe
Office Manager
Kelli is Wellness 360's Office Manager, assisting with marketing, social media, and boxing classes. Kelli brings enthusiasm to the office, always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. You’ll often find her encouraging others in exercise classes by participating herself! Kelli has two Bachelors of Science degrees in Therapeutic Recreation and Nutrition Science.
When she's not fighting with insurance companies, you'll find Kelli chasing her two daughters everywhere, as well as camping, hiking, kayaking, and crafting.
Kelli's is thrilled to be a part of the Wellness 360 Team and cannot wait to help expand our offerings!


Kaitlyn Vittozzi
Certified Yoga Instructor
Kaitlyn Vittozzi is from Pittsford, NY. She is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist who specializes in chronic pain, stress reduction, and postpartum anxiety. Teaching since 2014, her classes emphasize alignment and strength paired with body awareness. She is a firm believer that if you can move better, you can feel better. She teaches paddle-board yoga in the summers and is the Life in Balance columnist for Rochester Woman Online.

Pam Hin
Pam is a certified Parkinsons Dance instructor. Pam leads our Parkinson's Dance Class instructor through Wellness 360 at CHPT. Pam is the head of the Ballet Department of Spins Dance Studio. She graduated from Enidd Knapp Botsford School of Dance, where she performed as a principal dancer and faculty member. She has taught ballet in the Rochester area to students of all ages for over 20 years.


Emily Wegman, MS, CCC-SLP
Co-Founder | CEO | M.S., CCC-SLP
Emily Wegman holds licensure in New York State and with the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association to practice Speech-Language Pathology. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from SUNY University at Buffalo and her Master’s Degree from Nazareth College. Born and raised in Rochester, NY Emily saw it fitting to give back to the community that helped raise her. Emily is working and has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, acute rehab, short-term rehab, long term care. Her focus in providing speech-language therapy is to create and identify individualized programs and goals based on the client’s needs to improve quality of life and overall confidence.
