Wellness 360 Specialized Physical Therapy and Massage Team is a dedicated group of professionals committed to enhancing the health and well-being of their clients through personalized care and specialized treatment.

At Wellness 360, the team recognizes that each individual is unique, with their own set of needs and goals. With this in mind, they take a holistic approach to physical therapy, addressing the symptoms and underlying causes of discomfort and dysfunction.

Led by experienced physical therapists who are experts in their field, the team employs a wide range of techniques and modalities to help their clients achieve optimal results. These include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and innovative treatments tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Oncology Care and Lymphedema Physical Therapist

As a physical therapist specializing in lymphedema and oncology care, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing hands-on therapeutic treatments to patients with lymphedema and oncology-related mobility issues.

  • Developing individualized treatment plans to help patients manage symptoms, reduce pain, and improve movement.

  • Educating patients on exercises, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote healing and overall well-being.

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as oncologists and nurses, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients.

  • Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Staying current on the latest research and best practices in lymphedema and oncology care to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

  • Demonstrating empathy, patience, and sensitivity in working with patients who may be dealing with complex medical conditions and emotional challenges.

Some experience or exposure to working with oncology patients is preferred but not required. Mentoring will be available as well as the opportunity to complete a certification program as part of employment.

​

The clinic also sees a high volume of neurologic and general orthopedic patients so there is opportunity to have a varied caseload.

​

Ideal candidates for this position will have a strong background in physical therapy, with specialized training or experience in lymphedema management and oncology rehabilitation. Excellent communication skills, a compassionate bedside manner, and a passion for helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Full-Time or Part-TIme Mobile Outpatient Therapist

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to help us expand our mobile outpatient division. You would be responsible for seeing patients in their homes. The area needing coverage is Western Monroe County (Greece, Gates, Chili). We have an option for a part time (3 days per week) or full time salaried position.

​

Our clinic is a hybrid practice model of traditional insurance-reimbursed therapy and cash-based wellness programs. We are looking for a therapist who is confident in treating a variety of neurologic and orthopedic conditions. We pride ourselves on providing individual attention during our one-on-one appointments. The ideal candidate for this job would have a passion for health, wellness, and fitness and an outgoing personality. Our clinic population is primarily neuro/Parkinson's disease, with a good mix of orthopedics. Prior experience with the Parkinson's population is ideal but not required as we will provide all the certifications and training to make you successful.

Outside of our mobile outpatient need, we are always looking to expand our offerings and would welcome a candidate passionate about a niche area of PT that could be fostered under our business model. Creative minds are encouraged!

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs

  • Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ quality of life

  • Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques with the goal of long term wellness in mind

  • Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions

  • Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally

  • Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination

  • Consult and practice with other health professionals

  • Evaluate effects of treatment and monitor and communicate progress

  • Document patient care services

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a physical therapist, neuro experience is helpful but not required

  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities

  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and willingness to be certified in most recent Parkinson's treatment methods

  • Drive to continually learn and grow

  • Professional behavior

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Valid license to practice physical therapy in NYS

  • Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy

NY Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team and provide professional therapeutic massage services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting health and wellness through the healing power of touch and will be able to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for each client.

​

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, and prenatal massage, based on client needs and preferences.

  2. Assess clients' conditions and develop customized treatment plans to address their specific concerns and goals.

  3. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.

  4. Uphold professional standards of conduct, ethics, and client confidentiality at all times.

  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors and physical therapists, to ensure integrated care for clients with complex conditions.

  6. Stay informed about current trends and developments in the field of massage therapy, and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Valid NY state license or certification as a Massage Therapist.

  2. Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques is encouraged, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.  

  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and create a comfortable and trusting environment.

  4. Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine desire to help others improve their health and well-being.

  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

  6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments.

  7. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols.

  8. CPR certification (preferred).

Part-time Contractor needed for evening and weekend hours. Option of sheets and supplies provided.  Contracted rate is 65/35 (Contractor/W360)
