The first step to health and wellness is defining your priorities. First, you must know what is important to you to set healthy boundaries. This is the first step to any wellness program. Take a few minutes and jot down your top 10 priorities. Review your priorities and then write your name as #1...Feels weird right? If you don't make yourself the #1 priority, you will not have the energy to give to anyone else! Once you found your top 10, narrow it carefully down to your top 5. For the next 30 days, use your list to set healthy boundaries. If something arises that does NOT align with these 5 priorities, you can put it to the side for now. You can always revisit the situations after the 31 days.
